Shredder – Tractor PTO operated type
KEW make Tractor PTO operated type Shredder is suitable to shred the agricultural waste like arecanut trees, Coconut fronds, palm tree fronds, pruned tree branches (upto 100 mm Diameter), Tapioca, Mulberry plants, harvested banana trees and papaya trees etc.,
It consists of feeding chute, outlet mouth, rotor assembly with 6 nos. of partially tapered 12 mm thickness blades.
The entire rotor assembly is covered by 4 mm thickness top cover.
A 12mm thickness flat blade is fixed on the top frame which is mounted on the inlet chute side.
The propeller shaft takes drive from PTO shaft of the tractor and transmits power to the machine.
Three Point Linkage is provided in the machine for the stability during operation and transportation of the unit.
Pneumatic Wheels with axle and towbar can also be provided on customer’s request for the transportation purpose.

The main purpose of this elevator model is that the chaff can be loaded in the trolley without manpower.
It consists of feeding chute, outlet mouth, rotor assembly with 6 nos. of partially tapered 4mm/8mm thickness blades mounted on one side and 48 nos. of small rectangular 10 mm thickness blades mounted on the other side supported by a disc.
