Four Walker Model Multi-Crop Paddy Thresher

KEW make Four Walker Model Multi-Crop Paddy Thresher is suitable to thresh Paddy, Wheat, Ragi, Jowar, Sunflower, Pearl Millet (Kambu) etc., in the field. It is operated by 10 HP Air-Cooled Diesel Engine / 10 HP Electric Motor / 35 HP and above Tractor PTO. It consists of Feeding Chute, Threshing Cylinder, Rasp Bars 8 Nos., Concave, Straw Walkers, Oscillating Box, Winnowing and Cleaning attachment.

FEATURES :

  • » KEW make Thresher separates Pure Grains / Straw / Dust / other waste and send them out through their respective mouths as according to the crop.
  • » It can thresh Paddy 20 – 25 Quintals (approximate) per hour and other grains 15 - 20 Quintals (approximate) per hour.
  • » The threshing efficiency is 100% and the cleaning efficiency is 98%.
  • » The Thresher is fitted with bullock cart provision to move and also towed by tractor from place to place to any corner of the field.
  • » The thresher crush the paddy straw and make it a palatable cattle feed.
  • » Various crops can be threshed by changing the concave, sieve and the cylinder RPM. Main Shaft Flat Pulley has to be changed for increasing or decreasing the cylinder’s RPM.
  • » Threshing is totally completed in a single pass.
  • » Threshing does not damage the edges of the grains, hence suitable for seed purpose.
  • » Thresher can be coupled with all types of tractor’s PTO.
